Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist
The Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion assist the Clergy in the distribution of Holy Communion
at all Masses in the parish. Some of these men and women are called to bring the Eucharist to the sick, disabled or home bound in the hospital, rehab/nursing facilities or to individual residences.
To become an EM, an individual must be recommended by the pastor, take training offered by the diocese and
receive in -house orientation by the coordinator of the ministry, Dorothy Zambito.
If you feel called to serve in this ministry or have questions related to it, please call the rectory and ask to be
contacted by the coordinator.
